Service Description
NC DMV Appointments ("we," "us," or "our") provides an SMS-based alert service that notifies subscribers when appointment slots become available at North Carolina DMV offices. We monitor the public NC DMV appointment system and send text message alerts when cancellations create openings.
Not Affiliated with NC DMV
This is a privately owned service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles or any government agency. We do not guarantee appointment availability or that you will secure an appointment through our service.
Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly at $19.99
- You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies based on appointment availability in your selected area.
Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our service. If you are not happy for any reason:
- First 7 days: Full refund, no questions asked
- After 7 days: Prorated refund for unused portion of your subscription
- If you secured an appointment: We consider the service successfully delivered
To request a refund, contact us at support@ncdmvappointments.com with your phone number and we will process your request within 3-5 business days.
